Hi all, looking to get some advice on the plumbing of a cool box mash tun conversion.
I am thinking:
1/2" hose tail - 1/2" ball valve - 3/4* rubber washer & teflon tape - 1/2" nipple - nut & rubber washer - 1/2" to 15mm - then 15mm copper tube manifold with 3 tees, 4 elbows (push fit).
If anyone could give any advice or right some glaring errors it would be greatly appreciated.
I feel there may be some issues with leakage and also nipple length.
Thermos has two walls and believe is around an inch thick.
Thank you

Rather than squishing the two walls together I made the outer one larger and let the tap in, otherwise I would be worried about leaks if and when you knock the tap, it's only expanded foam inside so you will never really get a tight clamping effect imo...
