Hi,

I'm looking to buy a large upright fridge for beer storage.

The long term plan is to fill it with cornys but in the meantime it'll be for bottles and king keg/s.

I'm not looking to pipe it up, it's just for storage kept at cellar temperature, 12degC.

What is the best make of fridge?

Which fridge can fit the most cornys?

Many Thanks!

Get some measurement and a template of the corny base and spend an hour or two in currys seeing which is best. Then get one somewhere else cheaper.
The main issue is the motor location in the bottom.

That's a good idea. Thanks for the suggestion.

And it is good fun telling the sales staf you don't need an y help thank you

And check how adjustable the shelves are as this can affect which type of bottle you can store height wise.
You will probably also need a st1000 controller to maintain 12c.

A small to medium chest freezer with a temp control unit is ideal. That's what I used to use. Until you get your kegs, you could stack bottle crates in there :thumb:
