Not sure why the reciepe is converting to US as it's in kilos and grams on beersmith.

Anyway I use a 3 tier system
Electric for the BK
Plastic for Mash Tun
Gas for the boiler

Got 16L at 1100

14 hours later.....
It kept on blowing the airlock out

That's took some work! Love to know how it turns out as I'm a Stout guy (in taste not stature!)
 
I don't think I'll be drinking it until Christmas although I want to wait at least 5 months before bottling, it will probably take another 3 months to carb...
