I don't think there is a kit but perhaps looking into yeast strains to use with a kit might be an option.

Sour beer can be kit, AG or extract but.....you have have to purposley infect your brew.

Interesting. I could culture some yeast from a bottle of sour beer and use that. If I used a glass demi john and bottles, and used a disposable syphon it wouldn't infect my regular equipment.

You can sour beers in different ways. With a sour mash, a sour culture or simply by adding lactic acid. Getting the souring right is a matter of trial and error, a learning curve. Using the dregs from bottles of sour beer is a viable option. But sour mashes and lactic acid are much quicker routes.
