I started brewing beer at the start of the year after I was treated to a brew kitchen day at 'Stewarts Brewing' in Edinburgh.
I have went down the BIAB route with the 50l stock pot from Germany which I have fitted with a 3kw element.
For fermenting I have a chest freezer/heater plugged into an STC1000.
I have 5 batches under my belt, the last 2 was with a friend which I find more enjoyable.
My home town is Carnoustie in Scotland and it would be great to meet someone local who is also into all grain brewing.
