Here is my latest brewday and whoever guesses OG and FG correct or nearest wins and bottle.
Grain Bill:
Golden Promise Pale Malt 4800 grams
Crystal Malt 250 grams
Torrefied Wheat 40 grams
Was going for 200 gram wheat but only had 40 so stuck it in anyway.
Hops:
Simcoe 15@75 mins
Citra 10@15 mins
Citra 30@0 mins
Irish Moss 2@15 mins
Yeast US 05
This was a 21 litre brew and and I batch sparged the grain twice after an hour mash. I have been hitting my target OG since batch sparging but I think doing it twice I got a lot higher than planned.
As the winner will receive a bottle in the post it will be a plastic bottle and there will only be one winner so the first person to post correctly wins if no one wins it's the closest in points drop.
Hoping the winner will do the same and keep this going along.
