First attempt at a NZ Pale recipe, any thoughts? I've never used any of the hops before so I have no idea how it's going to turn out!

Should give an ABV of 5.6% with 61 IBUs so just about in IPA territory.

No idea what that hop blend will be like, I've only used Rakau. Can't see why they shouldn't work though.

Do you not want some crystal, caramalt or Munich to boost the malt, in the face of the hops?

Funny you should say that but I did have some cara munich in there but decided to keep it simple to let the hops come through seems I haven't used them before. I'll have a ponder, the brew I have fermenting at the minute is maris only with a similar amount of hops so I might try that and then tweak this recipe if I think more sweetness would be good.
