I notice with a fair amount of glee that my neighbours fig tree is hanging over the car park and is quite bounteous.
Has anyone made wine with figs? What was it like?
I can't stand the thought of having to bake something as I don't like to bake because we don't have a dishwasher, apart from my fair hands.
As we have the bank holiday, what are you planning on doing with your brewing?
I have some apple and cider wine that needs to be taken to its second fermentation bucket and potentially something else put on depending on the scrumping and weather tomorrow.
