Are muslin bags reusable and does the size of bag matter?

Yeah they are reusable, I just clean mine out and boil them before using again.

If you're using the bags for dry hopping then yes, in my opinion, the size matters (that's what she said). A bigger bag will allow the hops to be suspended more freely in the beer allowing greater surface area contact than if they were clumped together in a small bag.

How do you sterilise them?
you can boil them and/or soak them in no rinse sanitiser
