2 x 40 pint muntons yorkshire bitter kits,
1.5 lbs Victory malt crushed, steeped & lautered, boiled for 1 hour. 30 grammes hopps added at boiling temp
15 grammes hops added 15 minutes before boil finish.
30 grammes added into fermenting vessel.
yeast added @ 35 deg C
bubbling away nicely :)

Hi Kevin

That's an interesting brew, to be sure. Sounds like a mini-mash addition to a kit, so a Partial Mash, I'm guessing.

What hops are you using, here?

Another odd seeming question - is 35C a typo? 25C might be pushing it a bit, although I've got away with worse in the past.

hops were EC Golding,
just checked the brew n its just about stopped fermenting
3 days n its finished, guess that's the heat of the tropics for ya
i'm gutted :(
