Thought I would connect with fellow brewers in the UK.. I am from Australia and looking to buy an early Gaskell and Chambers twin pumps 1920-1940s with the red pumps..looking for something that I can restore and be a centre piece in the brewery. Figure I can trust fellow brewers rather than fleabay (that has already ripped me off when buying a pump recently- they decided to keep the pumps and resell them apparently) and Gumtree to get the item.. If anyone has a pumps of the above description and willing to break it down and post let me know..
Anyway ... I love brewing.. win quite a few competitions over here in Australia and specialise in high gravity beers and now sours.. have a full 4V 72 litre systems and building a fermentation chamber form some of the posts on this forum... great ideas here that we don't have down in OZ! Also if your interested join Aussie Home Brewer forum - AHB .. another great beer forum her in Australia...
