Hi all
Still relatively new to brewing, just a few questions that keep popping into my head [emoji2]
I am doing a lager kit and was curious if any of you use finnings? I have bought a sachet and was planing to use them but don't really see it mentioned much on here?
Secondly when fermenting is done is there any harm leaving it a few days in the fv? It's just usually my kits finish midweek and I don't have spare time to bottle till weekend.
Finally is there anything wrong with transferring from the fv to a secondary vessel then bottling straight away? Meaning bottling it minutes after transferring it to the secondary vessel?
