Doing a HBC order and was thinking of doing a EPA with some of the left overs from the stock I am ordering but need help with a recipe to make sure I have enough.

I have fuggles, EKG, 300g of crystal and challenger.

Any help gratefully received.

You just need enough pale malt for the size of brew you want. And yeast.

As Clibit says you just need enough pale for the strength of ale you want and whatever brewlength. Crystal (light or dark?) will add to colour and flavour

I think you have enough variety but depends on how much hops you have. You can use challenger as first hops and have fuggles/EKG as late hops, or use fuggles as bittering and fuggles/EKG late on.

Yes but I was thinking of adapting Greg Hughes pale ale recipe with the above hops. I think I will just order 5kg of pale malt and then think of a recipe later.

I've just made an IPA with Challenger and EKG, it's still conditioning, but from the first impressions will turn out nicely.
Fuggles and EKG are used together often too.
Of course you could do all three!
