New shiny!!

Just purchased two Blichmann 100l SS fermenators and a 100l Moss Brewery (courtesy beernerd - thank you very much!). Unfortunately can't take delivery until February, but looking forwards immensely to a) using it all b) reviewing it here and c) drinking the resultant brews......

Gives me time to work on some recipes. Haven't got a clue how much yeast to bang in - 3 vials probably then culture my own from then on.

Draw off the trub definitely, and the second tap above has a pivoting arm inside so you can draw the clear good stuff all the way to the bottom.

Apart from being shiny they are also supposed to ferment beer faster. Not entirely sure how, think it might have something to do with the tall shape
