Just put on my 1st WOW which consists of (2 1/2 gallon)
3 litres lidl vita fit apple juice
3 litres of lidl red grape juice
1.5 kg sugar
2 and half tsp of youngs super wine yeast
2 1/2 tsp pectolase
2 1/2 glycerine
2 1/2 citric acid
2 1/2 tsp yeast nutrient
2 1/2 tsp bentonite
Starting gravity of 1.090
Hopefully going to be good. Does this seem right?
