Currently boiling away happily, the idea with this was to create something that was hopped with a mix of the noble style (savinjski/fuggles) and fruity citrus hops (cascade/goldings) a la Goose Island. Not really any definitive clone recipes for that beer online so this was my Slovenian styled tribute:

The Hops all smelt lovely the Dana in particular has a very heavy herbal aroma that really comes out when it hits the boiling wort. Difficult to make much of a judgement at this stage but so far so good!

Down to 1.011 and looks good, lovely citrusy grapefruit aroma and smooth bitterness but with some earthy spice in there too, could be a belter....

Bottled tonight, still tasting good a little cloudy at the moment but high hopes for it.....

Couldn't resist having a tester bottle tonight after a few days in the cold, it's a lovely drop already :) nice citrus edge and a pithy bitterness but very smooth with it and a bit of earthy spice and herb in the background. Nice work Slovenia!
