Hi all
I.am looking at at a recipe that requires 2.4 kg of extra light DME what type and amount of grain could I use instead of the DME
Cheers

Thanks MyQul
Not as straight forward as I thought it might be .
But where would the fun be in that 😆

Somewhere between 3.5kg and 4kg of base malt should do as a starting point. But it does all depend on what you are brewing.

Any further particulars?
