Can I use the yeast I got in a coopers Mexican cerveza to make a cider???? I know its an ale yeast but would it make a cider ok?

Try a search on Youtube for Turbo Cider - Which Yeast? by Brewmaster Ben. There are two videos, a trial set up and the results, from memory its ale vs. cider vs. wine. vs champagne yeast.

Well iv watched the video and looks like my coopers yeast will make a decent cider. Question is, what temp should I ferment at? 20c ????? I'll use a mix of reasonably priced apple juice to hopefully have a mixture of apples. Do I just buy concentrated juice? Anything els I need to concider????
