Hello all,
My name is Mike Maguire and i've been brewing from Kits, BIAB and partial mash for about 2 years. More recently i've been doing full mash but with mixed results.
Really on here to gain some more info on where to go next with it all. I want to brew consistently good quality beer using the right equipment.
My set up is very basic, using a stove for boiling and mashing, and demijohns or buckets for fermentation.
Looking to gain ideas for purchasing new equipment, even thinking all in one systems like Grainfather......thoughts very much welcome
