Anyone used these before? I bought some a while back as they were going cheap and liked the description of lime citrus flavours. I would like to do a pale ale with them and have used an article here as a bit of inspiration:

Based on this it sounds like you need a heck of a lot of post boil hops to get those citrus flavours out so I reckon I will use the whole pack in one go and see what happens with a big flameout addition and some dry hopping as well.
The Topaz is in there to sort the bittering so I can use all the Wakatu for aroma/flavour. What do ya reckon?
