Crystal 90g
Chocolate 70g
Roasted barley 35g

Challenger pellets 17g-60min
Protofloc- 15 min
Challenger 11g flame off
Stravijnski goldings 10g flame off

Will leave this cooling whilst attending a kids birthday party and pitch gervin yeast later

strange one this. No Krausen, but it is definitely fermenting as it is fizzing like lemonade!

Bottled last night, 1008/4.5%

A bit lighter in colour than I might like but still ok

This is a fine beer. A bit low on carbonation but that's how I like a dark beer, lovely flavour and mouthfeel. First allgrain brew I have done that the Mrs likes.
