2kg pale malt
About 120g crystal
Mashed for 70min at 67c

Summit 16%-60 min-5g
Summit 15min 2g
Centennial 10% 15min 2g
Centennial 3g flame out
12g hop teabag from hbs labelled goldings\fuggles- flame out

Will no chill while busy all day

Aiming for something light, quaffable and well balanced.

been in bottles a week or so. fermented right down to 1003 (!)/4.7% so not quite the session ale I was aiming for and a bit lacking in body. however it is rather refreshing with a nice zingy hoppy finish and not too bitter. Should be a nice summer tipple for drinking chilled.

I am going to do something similar in that I have Malt, some carapils and lots of the end of hop additions that are taking up room in my freezer. It should be interesting to experiment with them all.
