Hello.

Not sure what to say here so I will stick to the basics. My name is Adam and I have only just started home brewing and I am only on my first brew at the moment which is a St. Peter's Cream stout which is fermenting now

Welcome to the forum.
If you get some spare time have a read around the forum as there is a lot of good information from these guys, and I have learned a lot in my short time here. Watching Youtube will also build your confidence that you are doing ok, but don't get put off by professional equipment. Like all hobbies some make it their life, while most of us just strive to make good beer..and wine....and...cider....and other strange stuff we haven't got a name for. :)
