Making beer on a bank holiday.

Grain Bill
Maris Otter 4.2 kg
Wheat 200g
Oats 200g

Hops
Willamette and Nugget 13g each at 60 mins
Willamette and Nugget 20g each at 30
Same combo 15g at 10

Dry Hop with Nugget, Willamette, Challenger and Bramling Cross after a week of fermentation.

Why so hoppy?... using up open bags!
 
Change of plan....

Just dropped first trial from FV after a 4 days of manic fermentation and it tastes gorgeous so I am going to apply the if it ain't broke don't f##k with it approach and the leftover hops can go in the bin!
