This has to be one of the nicest brews i have done so far. Sadly sitting here drinking the last bottle so i definitely need to brew this again. Very refreshing and fruity and i caned the batch in a few weeks. Its not completely clear due to 25% wheat but i am not bothered about that and the Yeast really helps the hops cut through.

21 liter batch No Chill
OG 1048
FG 1012
ABV 4.73%
IBU 41.53
SRM 7.6

3kg Lager malt
1kg Wheat
.3kg Crystal 70
25g Chinook 13.5% @60
25g Chinook 13.5% @ flameout

Mashed at 65c for one hour
WLP001 yeast starter
Fermented for 2 weeks in primary

dry hopped with 12g of Amarillo,Cascade & Citra
Tea with 3g of Amarillo,Cascade & Citra
Conditioned for 7weeks before drinking

I could of used more hops but i was probably using up what i had left and tbh i enjoyed this so much i will definitely be cloning it again. According to my notes this finished at 1006. 6 points lower than predicted.
