ginger beer kit.

I`m doing a ginger beer kit next and thinking about adding a lime twist to it. my question is can you just add a "rose`s lime cordial" type thing to it (and if so how much) or something else?

The preservatives in the cordial may hamper fermentation. I'd pop it in at the end or when you open each bottle and serve. Just in case ;-)

You could get the Belvoir Fruit Farms lime and lemongrass cordial, it doesn't have any preservatives in it.
