Brew day was the 12th May. I don't normally have this much patience but real life got in the way so it stayed a few days longer in the FV. It's a rosehip saison, an AG kit from Brewstore.co.uk.

Started off at 1053, ended up at 1001 (it has a Belgian ale yeast which I gather can go down that low. Either that or it's infected and I'll have wasted a lot of time! I've got 25 330ml out of it (it was meant to produce 11 litres but I ended up with about 10 in the FV and some obviously didn't make it to the bottling vessel.

I'm going to give it as long as I can obviously, but I can see me having a taste in a fortnight. I'll have to get another brew going soon...
