It'll have to be Maris Otter, a Belgian yeast that is clean at low temps and funky up top - maybe wlp500, and maybe centennial.

Except I'd smuggle in citra, Amarillo, cascade, simcoe, mosaic, chinook, atanhum, motueka, green bullet, riwaka, Columbus, galaxy, huell melon, ekg, fuggles, bramling x, challenger, target and bodicea.
Also... Munich, Munich 2, munich3, Cara munich, crystal 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 and 120.
Caraamaber, carapils, Cara malt, Vienna, melanoidin, chateau biscuit, special b, Belgian pale, Pilsner, wheat malt, torrified wheat, roasted barley, flaked barley, de husked barley, black patent malt.

Also, my new BM20, wort chiller, hop screen, hood, short malt pipe, fv, fc, conditioning fridge, storage fridge, som glass ware and a packet of monster munch.

Or have I missed the point?

Maris Otter, Chinook and US05. I made this a while ago and it was lovely.
Not sure how I'd keep the FV cool though :hmm:
