After a spate of AG brews at the beginning of the Year, I've not had the opportunity to get the gear out for a couple of Months. So it felt good to get a Bank Holiday Brew day under my belt. This time it was Greg Hughes Summer Ale, with White Labs WLP007. It's the first Brew I've done with a House full of Family and all in all it went very smoothly 
The brew is now sitting in the FV, the Sun has come out, TMS is on the radio and I'm enjoying a few Home Brews. What a good day. Cheers :thumb:
