I have a tellicherry saison. Some of the bottles have been a bit lively but it's a enjoyable drop if chilled for a few days prior to pouring

I'm fermenting a chilli saison right now (recipe here https://www.brewtoad.com/recipes/evil-goatmilk-saison-4f67d1). Should be in the bottle in a couple of weeks and can send off soon after that. But no worries if it doesn't look like your thing or you want something more immediate.
