From the gulf of Florida. Just did my first brew on wednesday. I probably ruined it, but learned some important lessons. Storing in a dark warm place doesn't mean the same in florida as it does up north, my warm dark place is in my garage, where Temps get into mid 80s. After learning that's not good, I moved the beer indoors after 38hrs. It now sits in as room that's 73, still higher than it should. Turned out my old chest freezer after 6yrs it still runs. Ordered a temperature controller and am all set for the next brew that I am going to brew beautifully. I plan to bottle my mess this Friday and pray for the best. [emoji16]
