Hi everyone, I've decided to have a crack at home brewing and just ordered the Coopers DIY starter kit as it seemed like the easiest option for a total novice.
I remember my dad doing home brew wine for a year or so when I was a kid but don't recollect much more than the demijohns, the smell and how happy he got when 'tasting' it!
I've got no taste for wine so it will be strictly ale for me. This forum looks great for advice and tips so I'm enjoying going through all the posts.
