Morning folks,fermentation fridge fully set up with my new inkbird 308 all went really well so easy to do just got a couple of questions first is do you leave this on all the time or just turn it on a few hours before a brew is ready to go in. and the next is I brew using the 2-2-2 system 2weeks ferment 2weeks bottled at indoor temp 2 weeks at outdoor temperature,outside temperature difficult at this time of year what would I set my fridge at. I leave bottles on a shelf in the brew fridge, above the next brew (so it ends up turned on pretty much all the time), at fermentation temps for 2-3 weeks to carb up, then at least 1-2 weeks in the normal fridge to settle out.
