Morning folks,fermentation fridge fully set up with my new inkbird 308 all went really well so easy to do just got a couple of questions first is do you leave this on all the time or just turn it on a few hours before a brew is ready to go in. and the next is I brew using the 2-2-2 system 2weeks ferment 2weeks bottled at indoor temp 2 weeks at outdoor temperature,outside temperature difficult at this time of year what would I set my fridge at.
