Hello All,
Just thought I'd introduce myself.
I'm relatively new to brewing I've made 8 brews so far with varying results.
I'm hoping to improve my skills and learn how to get more consistent results ie preventing off flavours, ideal brew temps and how long to condition.
I have a lot of questions so please be patient!
