Hi folks,

I'm looking for some advise here - I quite liked my Heferweizen I made last year, was 50/50 wheat and Pale, had some Saaz hops to bitter but that was all. I loved the Banana/Bubblegum flavours from the yeast!
This year I made a couple of IPA's with Mosaic and really liked it, I find it gives a berry fruit flavour and I thought this might work in a Hefe - to go with the Banana/bubblegum - what do you good folks think?

I dont want to overdo the hops, I want this to be balanced, so am wondering how this recipe seems? Maybe there is too much dry hops? I'm open to suggestions - including telling me this is a stupid idea!

According to the calculator on BrewersFriend this will finish somewhere around 1.006 - I though I would add touch of Crystal to give the malt a little helping hand and a bit of Cara Crystal to give the beer a little more body - is this a good idea?
