In the mood this week so stuck on some TC.... with a wee Christmassy twist à½Ã¸Æ
Ingredients
16L Tesco AJ
3 x Lowicz blackcurrant
5tsp pectolase
2 x cinnamon sticks
4tsp all spice
2 x star anise
1 x vanilla pod
Method
Poured in all juice
Added spices etc
Topped up with water to 25L
Temp 20 degrees
SG 1.050
Cost... about ã16
Bunged in yeast (cider yeast with sweetener, from eBay), popped in the cupboard
Intending to prime with 300g sugar so estimating abv when fermented out to 1.000 is about 7.11% à½Ã¸Æ
