Can you combine DJs while fermentation is ongoing

Good evening gentlemen,

is it ok to combine DJs of fermenting apple juice made from the same apples at close to the same time? They have had different yeasts and different amounts of sugar added. It would make things easier to combine them into 5 gallon tubs. Thanks

5 gallons with my equipment is quite a lot to produce at one time so this shall make things much easier.
