Spare FV, what next?

So, I have an empty FV and 40 bottles available. Plus I'm going on holiday in a few days and would like to get a new brew going soon!

Does anyone have any recommendations for what to brew next?

I'm still new to brewing and so far I've made 20 pints on Wilko Ale, 40 pints of Better Brew Czech Pilsner Lager & 40 pints of mixed fruit TC.

Do you like a stout ? The Coopers stout kit is great and would be different to the others you have done so far ?

I have never tried stout. might give it a go :)

I have a stout fermenting at the moment. Personalised recipe for a chocolate oatmeal... makes the place smell lush!

Plus 1 on advising the Coopers Stout.

Good Beer and fairly bomb proof. You can add just about anything and it will be OK.
