Hi everyone!!

I'm relatively new to brewing and just fermenting my first brew (based on John Palmers example recipe in 'How to Brew'). Gonna be bottling next week so looking forward to that!

Look forward to learning some useful tips on here and hopefully sharing some tips of my own (eventually!!!)

Thanks for the welcome guys!!

I'm doing the brown ale example recipe from chapter 18 except i ordered the wrong quantity of malt (must have been tired!!) So used Brewsmith to tweak slightly. Nothing like a challenge for the first brew!

3.2kg of Maris Otter
500g Victory
350g of Caramel/Crystal
250g of Chocolate malt

Nugget and Willemette hops.

Looking forward to bottling next weekend!!!
