I'mHHi all, been making wine for last 10 years, mainly country wines with some kits. Been brewing beer last 6 years first couple of years extract with steeping grain, moved to all grain then and am brewing 45l batches in insulated 50 l mash tun and 50l kettle on gas with electric hlt. Mainly brew bitters, stouts,IPAs & APA with mixed result.
