Evening, so here is the problem, I have access to many tall larder fridges, none however work. Do you think the small workings of an under counter fridge would give enough temp control to brew with as I have two that work? The tall fridge would be in an insulated garage in south west Scotland hence the need for cooling 9 month of the year would be small.

I have two under counter fridges to butcher to get parts etc, also would use one for chilling/lagering.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

I have an under counter fridge in the cupboard under the stairs with an ink bird controller and a 60w heater in the bottom. I built it with the intention of doing some lagers, but I haven't got round to doing any yet. The beauty of it is I can set the desired fermentation temperature and forget about it for 2 weeks.

If you have access to two, I'd use one for fermentation and one for conditioning.
