Youngs strawberry and lime cider kit

Brewed this kit brewed short to 20ltr stuff has stunk for 2weeks fermentation stopped but read to leave it for longer to clear and stink go away, neither had happened, so thought well sod it i can deal with cloudy cider so added the flavour packet, does not seem to have changed the flavor at all any suggestions how to add more flavor and sweetness as was for the missus and she likes kopperburg type nd a lough not been in bottle this stuff tastes ****

how long has it been in a bottle and how long did you condition it for before moving it to a chill stage ?

have you a 1 gallon demijohn ? try making a wow that has the flavours your after...

It's not in bottle yet, still in the fermenter just sitting hoping the stink would go away been in there for about 3 more weeks so 5 weeks in total, it's now in shed temp is about 15oc so hoping it will clear a bit not sure when to bottle how long to wait,

Yes have loads of demi John's for wine etc, done a few wow before using iceland 100% juices tropical and redgrape but was too dry in the end

Have you racked it off the sediment yet? Need to do that or the smell will remain, especially if has completed fermenting.

Yea racked into another fermenter and hoping it will clear a little, had a taste and can't taste any strawberry or lime lol just a strange cidery taste to it
