No idea what this is going to be like, could be a bit naff buts its a left over 10L brew so lets see..

The oats were toasted but perhaps not quite as brown as they should have been..
 
Looks good. I added both toasted and "plain" oats to my black cardamom porter -- have a smooth and biscuity flavour that took the edge off sharp flavours.
 
This was only a throw together idea with left overs but sadly today I dumped it,, never happened before but it went bad.. I harvested yeast with SN from a bottle which I haven't had great results with that could have been it also I used an old small fermented which may have not been steralised enough.. either way its a bit disheartening but not the end of the world as it was a small batch..

So sorry can never report back on this
