So finally got the first brew on in a long time. Had other conitments as some of you know. Namely getting married.

Anyway. Usual teqniques for me using the AG on the cheap system which I made a thread about ages ago.

Used 1kg torrified wheat
2kg what malt
500g Amber malt
1.5kg of Munich (I think)

12% brix after second runnings.

Boiled for 60 mins with saz, hertzbruker and anthanum??? Hops.

I'll have to get the notes from my brew buddy as I didn't make a copy in my brew book.

Chilled with the coil, home made of course ;-)

Adding white labs wheat yeast 3300 or something like that. As I say I don't have the notes. Made a 1 litre starter on the home made stir plate.

Think it's going to be 5.5-6%

Smelled amazing.

Seemed to loose quite a bit on the boil. We always do :-( anyone else find this?

Sounds nice, could you link the "AG on the cheap" thread? Sounds interesting. Thanks.
