Quick question Yeast amount

Hello All,

I'm about an hour away from pitching yeast, I'm doing a small batch of rice larger (about one gallon). I have yeast in a packet for five gallon, so I just add 20% of this yeast packet to the fermentor or throw it all in?

I'd use half of it then seal the pack and put it in the fridge for another brew.

rice lager - what can you tell me about this ?

I guess by rice larger I mean it has about 10% flaked rice in the grain bill. I like the Asian beers that have rice in so it is worth a go. If it tastes Ok I'll do a large batch.
