After 2 clear weeks in the FV I am off to bottle my first brew tonight and I has got me thinking.
Are any of you guys brewing anything for Xmas about now, to be ready for the holidays? And if so do you have any suggestions for a 1-2 can kit that I can attempt ?
I am going to do a lager side by side on a long term bottle conditions to be ready for the spring to take advantage of the coming cold temperatures. But I reckon I can get a second vessel and an Xmas brew on the go using the kit from my first brew.
