13 gallons into my new world I am finding myself left on more than one occasion with half cartons of juice after topping up etc. Preferring my sugar turned to alcohol before drinking it I end up pouring the other half carton away. It seems they have a two month or so shelf life when bought but once opened have to be used in 4 days. Is it ok to use them after the dates or can they perhaps be frozen? I know life would be easier if I planned racking and topping two at a time but.......... :)
