Hi all,

I just started my first brewferm kit brew (a triple). However, I threw in a couple bottles of rather cold water which brought my brew to about 15*C (I'll be fermenting at ~17-19 degrees).

From my experience with yeasts I would say this shouldn't matter and would actually beneficial, though as it's my first on-my-own brew I'd like some comforting. Please tell me I didn't just kill my triple?

Yeah you'll be fine. Much better to pitch low and bring the temp up a few degrees than to pitch high and bring it down.
