Folks I'm all good with how to back sweet a wine - but with a TC what's the best approach with measurements and ratios ?

Do you want it carbonated or still? My TC, I fermented it dry and added AJ when I drank it. How do you back sweeten a carbed TC without risking Bottle bombs? Hasn't really answered your question though has it.

Carbonated mate - did a toffee apple cider and it just needs to be a bit sweeter for bottling. I'd read that artificial sweetener was good somewhere but don't know if it works or any special type ! As you say don't want bottle bombs lol !

So - after some research apparently Splenda is the way to go.

Just bottled an Elderflower and Apple and put two tea spoons into DJ before bottling so will let you know how it goes.

Sounds good, although I'm a naturalist ( not naturist) [emoji23] be interesting how a sugar substitute performs.
