Hi

I'm Nick and have recently moved to the Wild West (Devon) from The Big Smoke (London), only to find apple trees in my garden!

I do enjoy a nice cider, or even a rough one! So you can probably see where this is going.....

Welcome aboard Nick, there are some great turbo cider recipes on here, that's as far as my cider brewing has gone. But I'm sure a trawl through the cider threads will give you some great ideas. If there's anything you need to know then just ask and someone will come back to you. The only silly question here is the one you didn't ask.
